Hotels

Reservations will be made only upon receipt of full payment for the hotel and should be sent in writing. Upon receipt of the booking form and full payment, each participant will receive a written confirmation from the Conference Secretariat (CongressLine Ltd.). Please note that any reservation payment or change should be sent directly to the Conference Secretariat. Extras should be paid at the hotel reception upon check-out. A credit card guarantee is required at check-in.
